2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection regulations (in particular GDPR and DSG). Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website), Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (communication upon request) and, where necessary, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations).

3. Website Operation (no tracking, no external web fonts)

When accessing this website, the hosting provider processes technically required connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) to ensure the operation and security of the website. This website does not use analytics tracking, marketing cookies, or externally loaded Google Fonts.

4. Contact via Email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. email address, message) in order to respond to your inquiry. The data will not be passed on to third parties without legal basis.

5. Mobile Application Circles - Care is collective

For the mobile app, the following currently applies: There is no user account, no registration, and no server-side storage of personal profile data. According to the current status, no personal data and no exercise data are transmitted to a server.

6. Recipients and Third Country Transfers

For the pure operation of the website, the respective hosting provider may have access to technical log data. If a transfer to a third country occurs, this is done on the basis of legal requirements (in particular Art. 44 ff. GDPR, e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Storage Duration

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Technical log data is generally stored only for a short period.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have in particular the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
